Why does chasing after your dreams should never be an option but a must? | Paula Boodoosingh

Sitting on your chair and thinking that by trying you may fail or make a mistake can do no good. The only people who achieve their goals and dreams are the ones who struggle. Remember no drams are small or big. A dream is always the first step while pursuing and following them is the second and biggest step. Those who dream big never win the one who acts big wins. Always remember dreaming is the first important step. Without having an aim, dream, wish you cannot succeed.

Elbert Hubbard once said, The greatest mistake you can make in life is to be continually fearing you will make one.”

Following your dreams not always mean success. Because the future is uncertain, so we are not sure that we will achieve our dreams. But don't let the fear of unknown takeover you. Running after your dreams and not succeeding is still running. Doing is achieving. Paula Boodoosingh says in her biography, One in 500 Million Sperms (ISBN 978-1951630287) that thousands of people all around the world are daily doing a job they don’t want to. Living the same mundane life of earning a living. Lifeless days passed as they have stopped pursuing their dreams. So here are some reasons as to why following your dream is really important.

Dreams are meant to be followed. Dreams are beautiful if they are followed. But the same dreams can become nightmares if left behind if ignored. A lot of people don't follow their dreams because they think they can't. Well not following your dreams is only going to make you regret afterward. You can start pursuing your dreams from a younger age or as a child, as a teenager, as an adult, as an elder. There are no boundaries as to when you can pursue your dreams.
