Do not think that outcomes decide what you have achieved, because it does not. How much you have learned throughout your journey is what that matters. There is absolutely no need for you to turn your life into a cautionary tale. We all achieve something in our lives, rather small or huge. Why not write them down? These achievements can be of any sort, for example, Physical, personal, goals you have met, places that you wanted to visit and finally did what so ever. This activity will not only help you invest your time in a positive activity but also makes you self-confident that you have achieved a lot. You should focus on what you have so far achieved not on what you still have to.

It is understandable that people need assurance and security in their life and that is why they plan for everything ahead of time. But, a lot of the times in our lives, we feel that we have hit rock bottom. We feel as if there is no way out for us and that we can do absolutely nothing about our lives’ miseries. Let me tell you something, life is all about challenges, and living life is all about accepting those challenges, and pursuing them is what makes the lives of human beings thrilling and worth living.
