Why and how education transforms people’s lives?

The American myth insists that education is the path that helps urban people to get the status of the middle class. The book, Finding a New Perspective For Urban Education In America (ISBN 978-1951630072), however, claims that the level of education received by urban students in public school is insufficient to make competitive with middle and upper-class income peers. The mathematics class in high poverty schools is twice as in public schools for urban students. Similarly for science classes at high poverty high school is three times more than the classes taken place in low-poverty high school.

When it comes to education in the rural areas, it is looked down upon by the parents of the kids based in the big cities because they think that the environment is not up to their mark and that their kids will not get to learn as much as they would do in the schools based in the bigger cities or urban areas. Moreover, it is also speculated that the teachers and the staff in the rural school are not up to standard and the kids will not be getting the chance to grow that they can in the school in the urban cities.

In a nutshell, the best option for the parents and their kids is to make sure that their research and explore both the options and make sure that they do not get o regret ant of their decisions because the future of the kids comes around just once and they would not be getting this chance again and again.

If it is the school or the city, the urban areas are always full of opportunities that help us entertained and never let people get bored. There are restaurants, movie theatres, amazing social life, shopping sites, etc. The cities allow you to roam around free and do anything anytime you want. There are better job and internship opportunities for you when you study in an urban school because of the big conglomerates and respectable businesses run their operation in the city offices.

There is also a chance that you will get to do both the things simultaneously and be able to graduate in a better position and stable financial conditions. It is speculated that the poor academic achievements in the students of “urban minorities" are often laid on the education system and the schools and this has been the scenario for the past 20 to 30 years. But the main issue and the most challenging thing about this whole situation is the fact that the majority of the students in urban public schools receive free and reduced-price lunches which are indicating that the families of these students are very near and are bordering on the federal poverty level.
