The book, Finding a New Perspective for Urban Education in America (ISBN 978-1951630072), says that people claim that education is one of the most essential factors that contribute to the progress and prosperity of any society or nation. As time changes education is getting more worth than just personal obligation. Now education has become an important and basic need for society as society needs educated citizens to solve the arising challenges for the betterment of society.

No matter how talented and genius you are or how much experience you have in a particular field no one knows it not even your employer until your educational level is outstanding. That is why it is important to pursue a degree in higher education as it will help you to get to know more about the respective field that you will choose in the future. According to one of the survey reports by UNICEF, which was published a few years ago, all the children we entitled to have access to at least free and good-quality primary level education. Education, in most parts of the world, is considered to be one of the life’s basic necessities and they duty usually falls to the government in every country to make sure that the literacy rate goes up and free yet quality education is made accessible to everyone regardless of their caste, color or creed. The book, Finding a New Perspective For Urban Education In America, however, claims that the level of education received by urban students in public school is insufficient to make competitive with middle and upper-class income peers.

Mark Twain, one of the greatest writers of all times, once said:

“The only thing that interferes with my learning is my education.”

Now, this saying literally speaks for itself and gives us a very clear idea that education and learning is definitely not the same thing. What they fail to understand is that attending school does not mean that were are learning, it just means that we are acquiring knowledge.
