The ability to let go of the things that are holding us down is one of the blessings in life. Razy Hague says in her book, Behind the Looking Glass (978-1951630799) that most of the people do not learn in their entire lives that when is the time for them to let go of the things that are toxic for their physical, emotional or mental health and they end up spending their entire lives burdened under the weight of the toxic things that they cannot let go of. You have your whole life ahead of you and one bad thing does not have to define who you are or who you will be. Manipulation of our minds unto being content what whatever is available and making sure that you try to stay as positive as you can be a very important thing that we need to learn, all of us.
