How can a person’s struggles and hardships inspire them to lead a happy and joyful life?


We all achieve something in our lives, rather small or huge. Why not write them down? These achievements can be of any sort, for example, Physical, personal, goals you have met, places that you wanted to visit and finally did what so ever. This activity will not only help you invest your time in a positive activity but also makes you self-confident that you have achieved a lot. You should focus on what you have so far achieved not on what you still have to.


 

And it can be assured that when you are going to look at achievements so far you are going to feel a blast of joy. There should not be an occasion on which you will have to think about yourself, you do not have to feel special on your birthday, no you should cherish and adore yourself every day. There are thousands of ways you can prioritize yourself in a day. Go for a walk or a coffee, spent a whole day at the salon, load your phone with your pictures and favorite apps and music. Read a book and drift off to sleep.

Instead of sitting in your room and writing your to-do list, you should think about that one thing that after winning you will be as content as ever and then run after it. Razy Hague says in her book, Behind the Looking Glass (978-1951630799), that Try to achieve it in any possible and righteous manner. And at the end of the day if you don't get success still consider the whole day’s hard work and troubles as a win. Normally what people do is save that joy for the end of the day and think that after all struggles hell enjoy it at the end but try to reverse it enjoy all that you have and at the end of the day solve your problems get them over with.

The common idea of every individual person is that there is always a special day or an occasion for being happy and finding contentment. Well, that's not the case you can actually find pleasures on a daily basis, from nominal things. The fact is that happiness sometimes comes from the most ordinary things of all rather than luxury things. Here what you can do daily: have a nice cup of coffee or tea, watch a nice movie on Netflix, you can exercise if that what you like, spent some time reading, talk to a friend just remember there are no boundaries. Point to be noted is that that if you make your everyday life filled with thrill and joy then the daily positive vibes can lead you to a happy and purposeful life.
